Ultra-trendy, moody, and photogenic Mexican steakhouse at Scottsdale Fashion Square. Dramatic interiors, craft cocktails, and a see-and-be-seen energy.

Alexa's take

If I had to pick ONE restaurant for a bachelorette dinner, it's Toca Madera. The vibe is absolutely insane — dark, sexy, and so photogenic. The truffle tacos are a must and the mezcal cocktails are *chef's kiss*. Book early because everyone wants to be here.

Elephante

Gorgeous Mediterranean-inspired space channeling coastal southern Italy. Fresh pasta, craft cocktails, and a setting that feels like a vacation.

Alexa's take

This place feels like you got teleported to the Amalfi Coast. The pasta is incredible and the cocktails are beautiful — your group's Instagram stories will be unreal. Perfect for a first-night dinner.

Maple & Ash

Maple & Ash

Modern Steakhouse / Wood-Fired · Waterfront · $$$$

A celebrated steakhouse with a modern aesthetic, signature hospitality, and an award-winning wine list. Dark, moody, sexy interior — where you go to feel fancy.

Alexa's take

If the bride loves steak, this is THE spot. The 'I Don't Give a F*@k' menu where the chef picks for you is iconic. The vibe is dark and glamorous — dress up, order a martini, and enjoy every second.

Sexy Roman

Sexy Roman

Modern Italian · Old Town · $$$

Seductive Italian dining inside W Scottsdale with opulent design and electric energy. James Beard-nominated chef and a theatrical cocktail cart that rolls to your table.

Alexa's take

The NAME alone makes it perfect for a bach dinner, but the food actually backs it up. The roaming martini cart with nitro-chilled glasses is the most extra thing ever and I love it. Get the pasta, get the martinis, take a million pics.

The Ends

The Ends

New American (Seed Oil Free) · Old Town · $$$

A chef-driven concept inspired by Anthony Bourdain's travels, serving premium meats and organic ingredients cooked with tallow and butter. Moody, intimate, and full of character.

Alexa's take

This is the spot for the group that actually cares about food. Everything is clean ingredients and insanely flavorful. The cocktails are next-level and the vibe is cool without trying too hard.

Roka Akor

Roka Akor

Japanese Steakhouse / Sushi / Robata · Old Town · $$$$

One of the few US restaurants licensed to serve authentic Japanese Wagyu and Kobe beef. Sleek, upscale sushi bar meets steak experience with a killer happy hour.

Alexa's take

The happy hour here is one of Scottsdale's best-kept secrets — martini bubbles every day 4-6 PM. The sushi is perfection and the wagyu will ruin you for every other steak. Great for groups who love sushi nights.

Uchi

Uchi

Elevated Japanese / Sushi · Old Town · $$$$

James Beard Award-winning elevated Japanese cuisine from Chef Tyson Cole. Innovative sushi and Japanese-inspired dishes in a sleek, modern space.

Alexa's take

Uchi is for the foodie group that wants something truly special. The sushi is hands-down some of the best in the Valley and the omakase-style dishes will blow your mind. Happy hour daily 4-6 is a great way to start the evening.

Kauboi

Kauboi

Japanese Steakhouse / Robata / Sushi · Old Town · $$$$

Bold, high-energy Japanese steakhouse inside The REMI Hotel in Old Town. Fire-driven robata grill, premium steaks, and inventive dishes in a stunning space.

Alexa's take

Kauboi is the new kid on the block and it's already one of my favorites. The space is gorgeous, the sushi is fire, and they actually know how to handle big groups. Ask about their group dining packages — they go all out.

Ocean 44

Ocean 44

Seafood & Steakhouse · Old Town · $$$$

Award-winning fine dining seafood restaurant in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Classic seafood reinvented in a vibrant, upscale atmosphere.

Alexa's take

Ocean 44 is where I send groups who want that classic fine dining experience. The seafood towers are showstoppers and the cocktails are so well done. It's polished without being stuffy — perfect for groups who want NYC hotspot energy.

Olive & Ivy

Olive & Ivy

Mediterranean · Waterfront · $$$

A French Riviera-inspired patio on the Scottsdale Waterfront. Beautiful marketplace vibes with waterfront dining that feels like southern France.

Alexa's take

The patio here is everything. It's giving European vacation energy and the brunch is so good. I always tell groups to request the patio — the waterfront views make it extra special. Great for a long, boozy lunch.

CALA

CALA

Modern Coastal Mediterranean · Old Town · $$$

Vibrant coastal dining in The Senna House hotel, right in Old Town. Mediterranean-inspired with flavors spanning Greece, Spain, Italy, and Morocco.

Alexa's take

CALA is low-key the bachelorette party capital of Scottsdale — on any given night, half the tables are bach groups and honestly that's part of the fun. The cocktails are gorgeous, the Mediterranean small plates are perfect for sharing, and the location can't be beat.

Dominick's Steakhouse

Dominick's Steakhouse

Fine Dining Steakhouse · North Scottsdale · $$$$

Classic upscale steakhouse with a rooftop patio and a gorgeous modern interior. Prime steaks and fresh seafood with a happening bar scene.

Alexa's take

The rooftop at Dominick's is one of the best-kept secrets in Scottsdale. Start with drinks upstairs at sunset and then head down for dinner. The steaks are incredible and they always make celebrations feel special.

JING

JING

Asian Fusion Steakhouse / Sushi · North Scottsdale · $$$$

A refined 'vibe dining' experience with sushi, steak, and seafood, live DJ programming, and elevated social atmosphere. Striking decor and high-energy ambiance.

Alexa's take

JING is giving nightclub-meets-fine-dining and it works. The DJ, the lighting, the sushi platters — it's an experience. This is where you go when your group wants dinner AND a party at the same time.

The Canal Club

The Canal Club

Cuban-Inspired American · Old Town · $$$

A 1930s Havana-inspired retreat at The Scott Resort with New Orleans edge and Bauhaus elegance. Lush poolside vibes, craft cocktails, and a transporting atmosphere.

Alexa's take

The Canal Club is giving main character energy. The Havana-inspired decor is stunning, the poolside area is dreamy, and the cocktails are strong. This is where I take groups who want something a little different — it's not your typical Scottsdale restaurant and that's what makes it special.

The Mission

The Mission

Modern Latin · Old Town · $$$

Chef Matt Carter's beloved modern Latin restaurant in a gorgeous Old Town setting. Blends influences from Spain, Mexico, and Central America in a warm, candlelit atmosphere.

Alexa's take

The Mission has been a Scottsdale classic for years and it never disappoints. The tableside guac is a must, the interior is gorgeous with all the candles, and it's one of those places that just feels right for a special dinner. Old Town location makes it easy to walk to the bars after.

Diego Pops

Diego Pops

Modern Mexican · Old Town · $$

Walk-in

Colorful, playful, Instagram-worthy Mexican spot in Old Town. Set in a converted pottery shop with open kitchen, fun decor, and a charming patio.

Alexa's take

Diego Pops is perfect for the more casual night — think matching outfits, margs, and the Brussels sprout nachos you'll dream about later. The patio is so cute, happy hour is 3-6 daily, and it's right in the middle of everything. Great pre-game before the bars.

Morning after

Brunch is non-negotiable

Hash Kitchen

Hash Kitchen

Brunch · North Scottsdale · $$

Walk-in / Waitlist

Arizona's most famous brunch spot with a legendary Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar with 40+ toppings, weekend DJs, and over-the-top breakfast dishes.

Alexa's take

I don't care what else you do — Hash Kitchen brunch is NON-NEGOTIABLE for a Scottsdale bachelorette. The bloody mary bar is insane, the DJs are playing on weekends, and the Lucky Charms french toast exists. Warning: no reservations, so get there early or join the online waitlist.

The Montauk

The Montauk

New American Brunch · Old Town · $$

Walk-in / Waitlist

Hamptons beach house transplanted to the desert. Nautical-inspired interiors, lively DJs, espresso martini trees, and fishbowl-style mimosa punch made for group photos.

Alexa's take

If your group wants THE brunch where everyone is going to lose their minds on Instagram, it's The Montauk. Get the Mimosa Punchbowl for the table — it comes in this giant fishbowl and looks incredible in photos. They also have a self-serve Bloody Mary bar and a build-your-own donut bar. Book through Tock and request patio. This place gets PACKED on weekends so book at least two weeks ahead.

Morning Squeeze

Morning Squeeze

Modern American Brunch · Old Town · $$

Walk-in / Waitlist

Fun, vibrant, groovy energy with killer tunes and a dog-friendly patio on Scottsdale Road. They've been doing bachelorette brunches since 2013 and know exactly what they're doing.

Alexa's take

Morning Squeeze is one of the few places in Scottsdale that has actual bachelorette brunch packages — a professional photographer, 'Welcome Bride' signage, balloon decor add-ons, and make-your-own mimosa flights. For a group of 8-12, this is the easiest brunch to coordinate. Their patio on Scottsdale Road is prime people-watching. Call ahead for the bach package details.

SumoMaya

SumoMaya

Mexican-Asian Fusion Brunch · Old Town · $$

Walk-in / Waitlist

Bold, buzzy fusion spot where the bottomless brunch is a full experience — unlimited shared plates, sushi rolls, pancake street tacos, plus bottomless mimosas, margaritas, and Bloody Marys.

Alexa's take

SumoMaya's bottomless brunch is the best deal in Scottsdale for a bach group — $39 per person for unlimited shared plates and desserts plus your entree, and $35 add-on for bottomless drinks. The pancake street tacos are insane. Saturday and Sunday only (9am-3pm), so plan accordingly. Book on OpenTable early because it fills up fast.

The Henry

The Henry

Modern American Brunch · Arcadia (Phoenix) · $$$

Walk-in / Waitlist

Absolutely stunning interior — mid-century meets California cool with lush greenery, warm wood tones, and natural light everywhere. Every corner is a photo op.

Alexa's take

The Henry is the spot when your bride wants a 'classy brunch' vibe over a 'let's get sloppy on mimosas' vibe — though they have amazing cocktails too. The decor is genuinely breathtaking for photos. Weekend brunch is Sat-Sun 8am-4pm. Wear something cute because you WILL be taking a million photos. The fried chicken sandwich at brunch is a sleeper hit.

ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho

ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho

Modern American Brunch · Old Town · $$$

Walk-in / Waitlist

Set inside the iconic Hotel Valley Ho with retro-chic mid-century modern style — palm trees, a sleek bar, and a shaded patio by the pool. Build-your-own mimosa and Bloody Mary bar.

Alexa's take

ZuZu is my secret weapon when a bride wants something different from the typical Old Town brunch scene. It's inside the Hotel Valley Ho, so the retro pool vibes are unreal. If your group is staying at the hotel, it's a no-brainer, but even if you're not, the poolside patio is elite. Brunch is served every day (not just weekends!) which makes it perfect for a Friday arrival brunch.
